Splatter Nail Art!

Get :

1) Nail Polish Base color. (Can be anything you wish..Aiming for Emo? Go for Black. Aiming for Funky? Go for White. Aiming for normal? Go for a newspaper color. (: )

2) Nail Polish Brush or any brush.. to splatter them.

3) Some Cellotape.

4) Water.

Start : 

1) Get Cellotape and rap it all around each of your fingers so there will be no other nail polish around for you to take off.

2) Get the most brightest colors, no matter what your theme is.. (because then it shows more) & splatter them with the brush..

I recommend you do it on a plate or something 'coz it will be messy. :D

Oh and the second picture hasn't used water at all, that's why it looks sticky.. Use water and dot the drops which are wierd.

3) Wait till it dries!

That's it!
